He came to our house exactly when he said he would, measured and gave us options for new doors. We ordered the doors from him and they came and were installed again exactly as he has promised. The doors look great, the workmanship is excellent. It was a pleasure to deal with Kevin and we are thrilled with the new doors

I reached out to Kevin and he asked for pictures of the… Read more We had an unfortunate accident when a car reversed into our our four year old garage door that had been installed by Kevin Micks at First Door. I reached out to Kevin and he asked for pictures of the damage. He responded quickly with a quote for the damaged panel and let me know it would be 10 weeks for his supplier to provide the new panel. His time estimate was 100% accurate and his son called and came over immediately to repair the damage. Great job, perfect match.

From the initial consult where he showed us all the options available through to ordering and finally installing, our experience was perfect. Kevin knows garage doors and had many useful tips for us on things we never would have considered. We've been using the doors and new openers for roughly a month now and they are excellent. Would highly recommend to anyone.
